I never heard or saw that guy before The Irishman came out. But I read the published reports from this company describing the deal with ACS, including they would receive $9 or $10 million by 2019 or 2020, as did so many others. And this was an influential factor in some people’s decision to invest. If it wasn’t a firm deal, then publishing it as a deal was inherently deceptive. And it was repeated yearly.
