It's a double standard. We all know that "rule" doesn't apply equally.

BCAP has about 2,000 shareholders. When the Q is released that may or may not move the price by itself since there's no PR released with the Q. What will draw lots of eyeballs is the next PR (at least 4,000 eyeballs).

The advantage for the active posters / readers (there are about 2,000 impressions here per day) is that they'll have advance information that new PR's and higher trading volumes will be coming.
