So basically an OTC ticker (alternative filer) can exist on Expert Market forever as long as there is a buy or sell within 365 days. Once it hits the idle 365 days mark, FINRA will delete the ticker and it won't trade. Nice new rules. So many loopholes. Figuring them out all the time.

Learn the rules and take advantage of that shit. They should have never amended the rules...
