Competition seems to be moving quicker every month.

Can't be too late to the party. Need to get that final piece of funding done asap. Why not do a debt finance deal for $35 million (includes working capital $) with 10-year secured note using the solar panel factory equipment and accounts receivables as collateral? Throw in some fixed annual bond coupon interest.
Got to get on it. Might take 15-18 months to lock down a location, get the permits, order the equipment, hire 300 people, get the factory built and up and running. Competition is expanding quickly and will eat new a player's lunch if this takes as long as Durango or Australia.
Some concern with it going on 3 years just to get a few solar panel patents UL certified. Maybe building a solar panel factory is easier than getting certifications for solar panels?
The Solar Energy Manufacturing for America Act (SEMA) would provide tax credits for American manufacturers at every stage of the solar manufacturing supply chain, from polysilicon production to solar cells to fully assembled solar modules.
Those Indonesian-made solar panels may not be able to take advantage of the tax credits? Don't believe the SPP label makes the cut under the Defense Production Act and SEMA? Could be tough to compete against proven solar panels at lower prices?
The tax credits phase down to 75% for product sold in 2027, 50% in 2028 and 25% in 2029
