Small company has another target for Alzheimer's therapy. They seem to be very well-connected for funding, and say that they are going to have some kind of announcement about their drug soon. I sure hope they succeed -- the world needs multiple types of therapies for this horrible disease (which I still think is at least several different diseases with similar symptoms, hence the drugs that seem to work for some people but not all, so they fail to reach statistical significance -- because they're not targeting just one disease).
