This is a very interesting article possibly linking
tasting defects to Alzheimer's Disease. I learned
how the three molecules differentiate and control
how we distinguish variants such as sweet, bitter
as well as saltiness. Very informative!!! Perhaps,
that's why we prefer different coffee flavors (beans)
