They just need to find a way to obtain a revenue stream so that they don't need to rely upon this stock offering BS.
Furthermore, for the times they need an offering, they need to get an effective SEC filing so that they can do a direct Secondary Public Offering (SPO) directly to the market, rather than this Paulson BS.
