Sesen Bio no longer seeks reverse stock split as route to regain compliance with Nasdaq and the stock went up. It now more then doubled since May
IBIO got approval to do a reverse split and the stock continues to go down.
Makes sense to me.
On the other hand iBIO FastSpliting on a tear...
"iBio (IBIO) has 1 split in our IBIO split history database. The split for IBIO took place on June 11, 2018. This was a 1 for 10 reverse split, meaning for each 10 shares of IBIO owned pre-split, the shareholder now owned 1 share. For example, a 1000 share position pre-split, became a 100 share position following the split."
IBio +18.6% as it pulls reverse split plan - Mar. 02, 2020
iBio Announces Partial Adjournment of Annual Meeting to December 22 - DECEMBER 10, 2021
"With over 60% of all shares voted, iBio stockholders are in favor of the reverse split and authorized share decrease by approximately a 2-to-1 margin."
Got splitting on the membrane every year. That's insane for iBIO longers' brain
