Where there would be most benefit is where you see elevated CCR5. In general as people age CCR5 levels increase along with CCR5 related diseases. So at some point (45 years old?) a shot of AAV leronlimab could provide additional overall longevity and increased quality of life.

For those genetically predisposed to cancer or who have cancer with elevated CCR5 or with other diseases then AAV leronlimab could offer long lasting protection.
