The problem is that Bo Dietl, the head of ACS, is on the record, repeatedly, claiming that he bought some SFOR (at the time) IP. And Kay all along was claiming, also repeatedly, that they never received any payment from ACS.

This is separate from a piece of ACS sales.

Another mystery is where money to cover current operating expenses is coming from. I believe there's some shadiness in the form of off-shore accounts involved, but, obviously, there's no way to prove that.
