I have nothing against cosmetic procedures within reason. Sometimes we do go a little far in our attempts to look our best.
Actions definitely mean a lot in life. Even the little things we do or the things we do when we don't think others are paying attention.
Then there are the things we do and say when we are center stage in the public eye. Like being a community leader or the President/CEO/Chairman of a public traded entity who seemingly abandons the company and skirts all his responsibilities. I don't know how one lives with themselves.
