The last 10Q in April stated on page 38 under the "Common Stock" heading that
But the 8k from 6/30 talks about another 85.4 million "subscription units" from the private placement. So that leaves about 50 million, then managment has been taking small chunks in stock options lately as part of payment so I'd say the 134 million unspoken for at the end of February will whittle down fairly quickly if they are using it for any part of payment for execs, and of course the new President probably needed some as incentive to come aboard. So even though it only says 700+ million shares available, many more are tied up in warrants and stock options etc...
Thus the need for more.
