If we can assume that none of these 718 million are available from the public
and can approximate about 32 million insiders, board, I'm really just guessing to get to 750 million,
then there are shares for FIFE, for Samsung, private placement, employee salary,
are we nearly approaching the 1 billion share quantity?
If so, where do the shares slated for the suiting partner come from? Are they not these 350,000,000 shares to be approved in the next month?
If that company got all of them, they would have 35/135 or 25.9% of company.
That would be a good percentage, for substantial profit if they bring along with it significant share price rise.
