Mexico was another one. Maybe it would not have happened anyway or maybe it was pure BS. But, mentioning Mexico at such an early stage cost us. All speculation, but someone, competitor, BP, short, whatever, probably got on the phone to their contact in Mexico and killed whatever momentum we had there. Can't allow approval in corrupt Mexico before "non-corrupt" USA.
Rule #1: STFU until some milestone done or required to speak.
