Looks like I'm in the minority here. I want the company to STFU until there is real news. I don't want them giving away the game plan to the shorts and bashers, and giving them opportunities to write bashing articles that scare the unknowledgeable.

All I would like is a VERY basic, VERY generic update -- for instance:

"We are continuing to negotiate steadfastly with Amarex. We will not take a bad deal.

We continue to develop clinical trial protocols and are in communication with the FDA.

We are open to partnerships but cannot disclose information at this time."

That would be plenty enough for me.
