As we begin the second full week in the 2nd halve of the year. Happy to see that CEO of Univec will now start to “focus.” What does this mean for the company and for shareholders? This is hard to say as usual. Have shareholders received any filings to discuss what it is they are invested in, what it is they constantly are glad for buying “cheapies” for? As of the beginning of the 3rd quarter, that answer is no. As I still am somewhat seeing. Univec is still being created, our CEO may not want to admit it to shareholders publicly in any form of shareholders update.
Is Dr Dalton having difficulty bringing “all together”? Will this building last the rest of the year? As I see it companies still being put together, Nasdaq is nowhere close for them. I would think the SEC would like one cohesive unit. He said on 7/23/2019 “Sometimes to finish first is to be last. Univec Conglomerate Inc. Is the old Univec , but now an integrated powerful entity.” Is this statement true? So what has happened in the 3 years that has passed. Is it still an “integrated powerful entity”? Shareholders would like to know.
