The "Dispute" is about monies owed to Amarex...SA is trying to show that they have no entitlement to any balance because of the "Shoddy work"...ethic.
As to a lawsuit..that will likely come after... the dust has settled on the arbitration...
That settlement will very likely color/influence the inevitable... future lawsuit for Damages...and may result in Quid Pro Bono...or as Plotinus might suggest...an exchange of pelts for "coin of the realm."
