I believe you are, as usual, correct.
It all hinges on WHY they don't release a PR about a given topic and whether or not it is for self-serving purposes.
Personally, I think a PR about the new president is neither here nor there, because he's a rookie with no track record and no one knows him, so while it might make us feel better to see a PR, it won't do anything meaningful for CYDY's reputation in the world. Now, if they had hired a heavy hitter known for getting drugs approved and making things happen, that might be different.
I hope the new prexy (entertainment-speak for President) does a great job and does not have a steep learning curve, but only time will tell.
