I doubt that an Amarex settlement has happened -- because if it did, CYDY would be getting some kind of money refunded for Amarex's failure to deliver at a professional level, as the contract stipulated. Thus, there would be no need to ask shareholders to let them issue new shares.

If CYDY accepted a zero-sum "settlement" then to me that would show that this management is incompetent. I don't think they are -- until and unless they prove it by taking a crappy deal
