“They’re asking for more shares more than we thought they would, kinda irking they’d also want to be using more shares for themselves in that hypothetical presented by ER that they would essentially be incentivized to keep the sp low. It’s food for thought.”

This isn’t a bad thing unless you wanted to say sell some shares soon. Then again you make a good point now that I think about it. We need a higher SP to get more money for our shares we will be selling. An explanation would be nice.

Either way it’s confusing bc they don’t tell us anything.
