Can’t say directly don’t know your share count but take your share count * 1.35. For every 100 shares of 1B you owned before you would want 135 of 1.35B to own the same % of the shares authorized (not issued). If you had say 50,000 you’d want 67,500; 100,000 - 135,000 etc…
