I thought that the rumor was that the request was going to be higher. I was happy when I saw "only" a 350 million request, rather than a 500 to 1,000 million request.
Also, again, I find the timing of the filing, the day before a Saturday start date for the new President interesting. I wondered why they would start him on a Saturday, rather than immediately or a Monday. If he is as good as people claim, one of the new President's demands may have been, file a share increase request before I start. Show me you are serious about providing me the runway to succeed.
