Actually, reading thru the docs in the case, there is 20 page agreement not to disclose any sensitive information. Cyber and its cpa agreed to provide all records relating to sales of SFOR's products including if it was bundled with other products, all the marketing costs incurred to market the product, profits and split with SFOR.

It appears after that info was provided, the two parties agreed to dismiss the case.
