From what I can tell:
Case Filed: Oct 29, 2021
Terminated: Feb 08, 2022
***However, it appears that SFOR/Zerify can bring it back to court because:
CONSENT ORDER dismissing Plaintiff's Complaint without prejudice etc. Signed by Judge Stanley R. Chesler on 2/8/2022. (bt)
***However, will Zerify take it back to court is the question??? Without prejudice allows the plaintiff to bring more info into the matter...if it was "With prejudice" then it would be a done deal for sure. Again, will Zerify go after these two companies again is the question.
