When has the company ever received financing besides the 8 mil burned with medi-ri debacle? The company has definitely mentioned financing and term sheets in various previously planned project related press releases.
No idea how anyone would loan money after medi-ri and all of the other loans having to be converted using hundreds of millions of shares leading to stock dilution since 2018.
Looked at 10-Ks to try and find one scenario where loans were paid back in part or full. Unless another loan was used to pay a previous outstanding loan? Don't believe revenue could have been used to pay for prior loans. Only see many instances of debt converted to shares issued.
Maybe I missed something. I could be wrong since company has (tweeted) it's working on final piece of funding for the upcoming buildout of sun pacific power's solar panel factory.
