This is generally how penny stocks work, to help CEO's raise cash. In some cases CEO's are willing to share the wealth and others are not. In the beginning we had a chance to cash out at .16 so Dalton could honestly say shareholders made pennies to Dollars. That was a pass to get out. Now it's all about Dalton to cash out.
