Good decision? A decision would require a choice.
Don't believe there was a choice in this case. Other than the choice to pay, or not to pay, the facility lease rent. The 2021 Q3 10-Q revealed the facility lease being in default and company being noticed by lessor in August 2021.
In my opinion, it was bad business decisions that led to no longer being able to pay the lease rent ...which you now call a "good business decision".
More than $8 mil raised to fund that medi-ri startup, including lease rent for 50K sq ft, is all gone.
Anyhow, maybe, the company was able to retain the 3-4 mil of equipment cost and doesn't sell it? Based on tweets, about states identified to relocate medi-ri last summer, as well as all these tweets about new states approving advanced recycling, there should no problem setting up the medi-ri equipment in one of so many other states. Remember...it would just be a "plug and play"?
imho
cheers
