Migrating from "performing" work or "selling advertising" space on bus shelters?
No cop outs in this scenario. It's basically the ONLY revenue the company has had for 4 years. But the poor revenue performance led to annual net income losses. (see 10-Ks)
Is this a rhode island thing now? Not quite, just do some easy due diligence on Florida and New Jersey.
