On the face of things, it looks real lousy. 10 yr contract, now 5 yrs deep, with dismal 4 yr annual average 225K revenue range. Quite a cry compared to the 2 mil projected in 2018 press release (link below).

These ridiculous revenue projections in press releases never end. Seemingly, 10% annual performance of what was projected?
Revenue is not a stronghold with the company over the past 5 years. But, it seems there's always another planned project (iron in the fire) that will bring tens of millions.
