It occurs to me that HEALTH INSURANCE might be an issue too for the start date of his employment -- his previous contract with previous employer expired, and they're getting him on CYDY's plan so that he is not stuck dealing with COBRA payments for a month. COBRA is a great plan that lets you keep your previous insurance, though you pay for it yourself -- but why deal with that, when you can just have your new plan start?
