To the best of my understanding, there was a legal action to attempt to enforce the agreement with ACS/CSI, pertaining to the 10 Million (+/- 1 Million) they had agreed to
Pay in exchange for using Strikeforce’s IP.
It was filed in court. I do not know the current status of that suit. It would certainly help Strikeforce Technology’s (now Zerify) debt situation, if they could enforce it.
