I still suspect Samsung is connected to the recent changes given we were in default with them at the time this all started. And from the recent CC, it sounded like Samsung is allowing them to restructure their debt along with accepting monthly payments. I also think there's much more to it with Samsung than just the debt, but just my opinion.
