great post gestalt. that timing is where i come out also. I think it will be a quiet Summer, with a big focus at the company on getting this hold lifted. i hope you're right and it occurs in 2-3 months and doesn't take longer. maybe this depends on how quickly the FDA reviews / responds?

To me, it feels like there is an extremely high probability that we clear the hold, and get the BLA submitted - and get to approval (at least in HIV). I'm amazed that smarter people than me haven't figured that out, and wouldn't have placed a bet on that happening. In other words, if we're a $8-10 stock with approval, how are we not at $2-$3 only a few months from clearing the regulatory hurdles - i.e. meeting somewhere in the middle? Clearly the answer is the uncertainty that the hold is lifted and we successfully submit the BLA. but it just seems like someone would arbitrage the opportunity to some extent - vs. us sitting at 0.39 and a market cap under $300MM.
