Just spoke with jason at HIMR. He has never heard of Stallar Global Enterprises but said Heritage Corporate Services makes sure their press releases were compliant and accurate in foreign languages. He said they are not doing any financing with either company. Asked him when could we expect filing news, he sorta laughed and said he had to be careful with such news but they were working on them. I said they had to be done by end of April and he said that was correct. Asked him about ESIA and he was not fimiliar with the program. I explained it to him and told him their competitor, Triton, had it and it also enabled them to acguire excellent financing. He said he would check with management about it and get back to me. He just may not be aware of it.
