What was the actual quote about the Type C meeting? Anyone have the call transcript? I seem to recall every time they mention a Type C hearing it's "we're going to request one" not "we have one scheduled."

It always reminds me of a business friend of mine who often says stuff like "I'll email you next week to set a time for a call to talk about setting a meeting." Uh, can we just skip to the meeting already..?
