Let me understand this reverse split of 1 for 500 shares is in the best interest of the shareholders who did not get to vote because it was decided by the few of the majority stock owners and management to do this in their best interest. The authorized shares will be re-authorized at 30,500,000,000 shares. So lots of room to continue issuing shares and dilute minority interest even further. Very interesting?
