It turns out in South Texas “voters have moved 10, 20, 30, 40 points away from the Democrats and towards the Republicans…[TX-34] is the second most heavily Hispanic congressional district in the U.S.”
Explaining the Flores victory, Danielle Alva said “Hispanics have very Conservative values, we are a community of faith and family and economic freedom…we align with the Republican Party.”
