Can someone explain VCAM to me and how it might relate to leronlimab? I have asthma so this is of special interest to me. Also, could leron work somehow like aspirin with VCAM. In the ever changing take or don’t take aspirin controversy I read that aspirin works differently in your body depending on what dosage you take, that it can be an anti-platelet,, anti-inflammatory or anti-pyhretic depending on dose. True, not true?
