Here's something for you to ponder about how small numbers can confound results. In the entire 700mg placebo group the rise in cT1 was +27.64 in the haplotype group it was only +9.85 even though a higher expression of CCR5 should mean a higher increase of cT1 in placebo groups over a mix of predominately haplotype and non-haplotype.

None of the arms achieved this so do you think leronlimab is a failure. What matters especially in a small trial is the difference between drug and placebo arms. There was a +30.37 ms difference between placebo and 700mg.
