There seems to be a general opinion that FDA approval of surgical application surrounding the July 13 meeting will be a triggering event signaling the moment when partnership with or buy-out by a major pharmaceutical company will occur. Essentially the days when the share price languishes or drifts downward are over. That is why everyone is excited and talking about the prospect of a major bump in share price at this time. The company itself has repeatedly said in press releases and other places that such a partnership or buy-out is a primary goal and something they are working assiduously to obtain. People seem to think that time is now. Am I reading the situation correctly?
