Hopefully the thought of being involved with Pestell was only a negotiating ploy to get him to settle. Like stroking him once again even with an after settlement statement just to keep him believing that he had a chance.

Anyone that hammers the company as he did for huge amount of shares twice… doesn’t make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside about him and his chance to swindle the shareholders a 3rd time. We don’t need this guy for any reason. Please do not give him the time of day… We don’t need to take steps backwards. Pestell sold us a bag of goods that was never going to work and he knew it. Sad that a con artist got the better of us investors. (Twice!) This was shady from the start with Tony C. hiring him and losing his job too because of the BS of Pestell.
