Oh, how I wish that were true. But a multi-billion dollar corporation like NSF is not worrying, because they think they can just run out the clock until CYDY is forced to settle for what amounts to a tip to a doorman for them.

That's why CYDY needs those shares. Whether they actually USE them or not is the question -- but having them AVAILABLE is a necessity.
