Actually, I omitted one important reason why giving the company the authority to issue more shares is necessary:
CYDY is negotiating with Amarex. If Amarex thinks that CYDY has to make a deal with them to survive, you can bet that they will make an awful offer. For instance, "We won't bill you for the other 20 million and you drop all claims -- because you can't go on paying the huge legal bills that we're deliberately running up for you."
But, if CYDY has shares available, Amarex will not be able to run out the clock on CYDY.
