All this common sense makes me think something really BAD is about to go down



"SCOTUS trying to make itself relevant too little to late. The EPA, the Clean Air Act and section 404 of the Clean Water Act (and many others) have always been flagrant over reaches of government - since forever. Now suddenly SCOTUS has grown a set of balls.
Maybe there is hope.
