If ELTP monetizes their Novel stake in the range of 10M+ I'd rather them not partner up.  Pay off their debts and fund all their ART drugs on their own.  The marketing will take care of itself since the opiate pandemic is all over the news nearly on a daily basis.  Just one FDA approved ART drug from Elite will have everyone's attention.  We just need the first one which is always the hardest to achieve.
