Agree Realty Corp. (NYSE: ADC) has made four acquisition so far this year, the latest being the acquisition of Dick’s Sporting Goods and Petsmart in St. Joseph, Missouri. The company had to pay about $8.5 million for these properties. These acquisitions took Agree Realty’s portfolio to 110 properties, covering 28 states.
