I can almost promise you members of the 13D filed complaints with the Feds purely out of spite. Why wouldn't those scumbags who just want to destroy the company, e.g. AF, Closet, Justa, SAF, Sword, etc. point the SEC towards instances like Nader's 3-finger comments?
They've dedicated their lives to harming Cytodyn so all of those people have likely given the Feds at least a reason to dig and determine if there's anything amiss. Hopefully the Feds have long since realized Leronlimab is legit and everything is wrapped-up.
