If I were interested at all, I would call the assigned judge's chambers (remember, they work for you, not the other way around, so they are there to provide assistance, among other things), ask for the administrative assistant, and then (1) state that you are calling about case number___________; (2) identify yourself by name and state that you are a shareholder, (3) state that the debtor company is pro se, so there is no one identified on the docket as representing the debtor; (4) ask whether s/he could tell you if there is anyone who has appeared for Generex at any time in the proceedings; and, (5) ask what is the most efficient way for you as a shareholder to keep up with the case. If you get those answers (and you should), I bet a bunch of folks would be appreciative of your posting what you found out, and how to stay up-to-date.
