Yes...but I was bringing attention to the last paragraph that basically states how long this will take to get implemented. I agree that it is a great option for Tollovid but was disappointed when I read about this 120 day waiting period. Hopefully we will all benefit from this new proposal sooner than later.

After the comment period closes, the FDA will review and consider comments as it develops the final rule. The timing of the final rule will depend on the number and substance of the comments."
