A few rhetorical questions:
Why would we expect a suitor or partner company to enter into a deal with us while we are waiting to see (1) the results of the audit at Amarex, (2) the results of the arbitration with Amarex, (3) the results of the safety hold for HIV with FDA, (4) the results of the so-called SEC/DOJ "investigation"?
I ask the question, but it is my belief that all of these issues will resolve to the benefit of CytoDyn. But I think people interested in entering into an agreement with CytoDyn will need some positive outcomes on these issues.
